We live up the street from this article circle. We don't eat fast food much, but when we do we eat here probably half of the time. When it first opened the food was always fresh and hot. I like my burgers a specific way and always have a few items removed from the Burger so it is usually made fresh. I have never had issues up until the last 3-4 months. Lately orders have been wrong, items not removed from burgers, and shakes have gone from full of whatever candy/cookies you add to your shake to almost nothing in the shakes at all. I don't write reviews often but ordering 3 combo meals tonight with my family and all 3 burgers we're cold like they had been sitting out for a long time, not made as ordered, and Oreo shake had about half a Oreo in it. Article Circle may be fast food, but it's not cheap fast food. Haven't eaten here much because of bad service over the last several months and after tonight we won't be going back anytime soon. I've met the owners several times and they seem to take a lot of pride in their store. I am a manager in the sales industry and would want to know if the our stores customers were unhappy and not being taken care of. Just food for thought. Literally. 2 stars is only because of the good service received in the past.

Best food ever. Arctic circle has the best shakes around. You can't go wrong with there onion rings ..... delish..... :0)

Very friendly, nice and catering. I had 3 different staff members when i was eating inside ask me how my food was and if they could get me anything.

It has decent food and great shakes, but that is not the reason for me writing this review. No, there is a more deserved scrutiny of this establishment straight from harry Johnson himself... Many of the managers here are extremely rude and the senior manager is the worst of them all. Sure when I buy something they put on a show and good face, but I've seen and heard on many accessions the way they talk to their employees and treat them. The managers speak to their employees with condescending, rude and often times, yelling tones, for making small mistakes, which are bound to happen in any workplace. I've heard the managers swear and holler at their employees and that behavior is never necessary in a public work place. Probably the worst of them all is the big boss herself though. She is talked about within the restaurant by the employees as being sexist towards men who work for her and giving small subtle scowls towards men in general. If all the assistant managers who have been promoted to that position by her (6-7) or more within the year and half she's worked there, only 1 has been a man. To her employees it's obvious of her negative bias towards men and many of the men notice how they start at minimum wage while women are hired for $8 dollars or more receiving pay raises on a typical basis, whereas the men working there who do receive raises are very lucky. For the above reasons a vast majority of workers at arctic circle despise her. She constantly has people leaving because of her ill treatment towards them and hate towards working under her. That's why may have noticed how many new faces show up on a regular basis to work for her, because so many leave. I hope this woman is removed from her position to possibly rethink on the way she treats people. Sincerely Harry Johnson.
