I love this restaurant! It's not fast food, per se, but their service is still pretty fast. They offer sandwiches, salads, soups, and dessert. They have Coke products along with various flavor squirts and teas. I think this is one of the healthier restaurants I frequent, and I have my favorite entrees here. They have outlets to charge your electronic devices at a charging station. The parking outside is plentiful and free. Wheelchair accessible parking and an entrance is also available.

We love the concept of healthy, fresh food fast, but this location really needs to refocus on customer service. Almost every single time we go, they mess up our order or forget things. Tonight, I ordered 2 kids meals and they gave us the wrong item in one of them, which unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home, so my husband had to go back and get the right order. That was an awesome surprise for my hungry kids, let me tell you. My husband bought another drink on the return trip, which you'd think they'd offer to comp after the hassle we were put through, but they apparently don't care about customer satisfaction, because nope, he had to pay for it. The portion sizes are becoming a joke.. Watched the kid fill my soups and I am starting to wonder if they're told to purposely fill them with much less than what they should to save some money. My lobster bisque hardly had any substance to it and only had a couple bites in it, the rest was just the liquid. I'm also wondering if they try to not give you the drinks with the kids meals. I have to ask for the cup Every. Single. Time. I don't think there's ever been a time that the employee remembered on their own. Am I wrong and kids meals really don't come with drinks or something? They didn't give me the salad dressing with my salad tonight either. Noticed that before we left the first time, and the kid brought back a tiny container of ranch that was smaller than any other time I've ordered that salad, so I had to ask him to get me another. I was very hesitant to do this after watching him walk into the bathroom with his gloves on and return a couple moments later with gloves on.. GROSS. Seriously hoping he didn't use the bathroom and not remove them! Thankfully, he wasn't the one to dish up the salad dressing! Zupas management- you're going to start losing a lot of business. Get it together!

This was an absolutely terrible experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My brother, dad, boyfriend and I all got sick after eating there nasty food. If you don’t wanna be sick to your stomach, do not eat here! Your better off eating somewhere else because this food sucks.

Best in the city! Always great customer service! Only one in the state that treats you to two strawberries when ordering a large soup!! Ah yes! You guys are always great. We don't eat out much.. But we'd choose this location everytime when choosing Zuppas!

I usually have no problem coming here. The kids meals are ok, but not the best selection. My daughter of course eats the chocolate strawberry. The portion/price ratio is off balance, being more pricey for the serving size. But you'll leave not needing a to go box. I like it. The soups are hardly get since they seam to be less hearty, for my soup preference, but still tasty. It's a good change when it comes to a quick eat out.
