The food was excellent. The portions were generous. And the price was appropriate to these things. While this would have been a four star review on account of one dish coming out poorly, what earned this visit that fifth star was our amazing server. She loves her job and you can tell by the next level service she provides. There was great rapport, check-in timing, attentiveness, and problem resolution. We’re looking forward to returning.

The cake here was amazing as usual but the service was not. I came in one afternoon to place a to go order and they took forever even though they were dead inside. I waited in line for a while and not once did someone acknowledge me or say sorry for the wait. I finally got to order and when I got my cake they handed me a bag without any forks or napkins in it. She literally just handed it to me and didn't say a word. No "have a nice day" or "thanks for coming in". I watched them as I was waiting in line and they didn't seem very organized. I hope this location improves on its customer service and gets more organized. 

Edit: they have improved their service since. Happy to give you 5 stars. Thanks for being accountable in changing poor service.

It's a mystery why people flock to the Cheesecake Factory. It's noisy, pricey, and the food is mediocre. Service is as good as it can be given how crowded and overworked the staff is, and that means pretty bad. We asked what is the most "authentic" marinara sauce, which means not bland. Answer, none. The waitress suggested adding hot pepper, we did, which made it better...wondering it the could add oregano, basil... Better off going somewhere else, but not Olive Garden ; Oh, the sausage/beef meatballs were wonderful in the hot marinara and so was our wine ... better to bring your own. Despite all the downsides, it was great because of the company, so go with someone you really like, especially if they like The Cheesecake Factory.

I am a fan of the Cheesecake Factory chain and the bread and butter that they start you out with every time is just classic--I hope that never changes. It astounds me how many different dishes they are able to maintain on their menu at all times and for that I give them a solid 4 stars. My meals have always been great at this particular locations. As a consumer, I have to say it just gets on my nerves when customer service is lacking. At this location, we decided not to tip as well as we planned to when we got some seemingly judging looks when we asked for another refill on our bread and butter. Just do that extra small little bit to make your customers happy; it will be worth it in the long run (and in the short run by way of a better tip).

Always a good experience here, my favorite dish is spicy chipotle chicken pasta. I have yet to try a cheesecake that I didn't love. The pumpernickel bread is amazing and they have great drinks. It is a bit pricey but it is worth it one in a while!
