Normally I don't rate anything. Buy in my line of business, it's become super apparent that reviews truly do effect people's choices. So going from that point of view.... restaurant, atmosphere and service were excellent!! The drink were great and the appetizer was amazing. When it came to the main course...not so much. We ended up with a severely undercooked steak and cold black bean burger. A few bites of eat and we pushed the plates away. The reason I am giving five stars. The way our sever and the shift manager handled the situation. It was exceptional customer service! I'll be back thanks to amanda and her manager

I've eaten here before and had a pretty good experience overall, however, the other day my friend and I decided to eat here the other day. We walked in and no one was in the front so we waited. After 5-10 min. no one came out to greet us and my friend was even able to answer a phone call and finish it and still no one came out so we left and went somewhere else... I understand that people do need breaks but I feel it's also important to keep an eye out for customers coming in. Was not very satisfied with service that day.

We always have a great experience at this Chili's location. They seat us instantly and the restaurant is always clean. Sarah is usually our server and is attentive and fun. The one time our order got (mildly) messed up, the manager on duty gave us a $10 gift card to use next time. No complaints here! Great food; great ambiance; great service.

I had a good experience at Chili's. My waitress was very pleasant and competent. I ordered the the barbecue tray with half rack of ribs and chicken breast. The ribs were excellent. The chicken breast just on the verge of being over town. I wasn't given a choices to the different sauces and I didn't think to ask for a specific one. The one that came was okay but I would have preferred one of the sweeter. The ear of corn had been frozen which was unfortunate given that its prime corn on the cob Harvest season. The seasoning was excellent on it however but it could have been perfect if it had been fresh corn. The slice of seasoned bread that was served with it was excellent where the slices of dill pickle. If I were to order this again I would definitely have requested a sweeter barbecue sauce.

We had an issue tonight with an order. Allie, the manager, was very professional and handled the issue promptly. I was very impressed and definitely will visit this location in the future.
