Went on Sunday 1/28/18. I asked the guy what Sundays $5.55 deal is and he told me it was the Italian... I said perfect, let's do that one. It was pretty good as usual, but after leaving I discovered I was charged full price rather than the Sunday deal. I cannot go back just on principle... a business just shouldn't do that! Subway isn't as good, but I can trust them, as a consumer that's pretty important.

They make great sandwiches, but their staff is horrible. I've been here a few times, and have only had a pleasant person once... They're especially rude in the morning. More specifically, a kid named Killian, I believe. While taking my order, he kept sighing and rolling his eyes. While making the sandwiches, he kept throwing and slamming things around, and muttering under his breath. I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but his attitude was so bad, I couldn't not write this. I'll try this place one more time, but if the people are still as rude, I'll probably spend my money elsewhere.

Over the past two years the service and quality of food have gone down hill. They can't even get my order right anymore. And they slice their meat so thick it's just nasty. Seriously, just take a drive to the thanksgiving pointe firehouse subs to see how a good sub is made!

Love the franchise, did not have a good time at this location. It’s 7:50 on a Tuesday night and from what I understand they don’t close for awhile longer? They were closing the store. Manager less than excited to help me out so he calls a worker to take my order. They did not have ingredients ready for a meatball sub so they refused my order and said I could get something else. Ended up leaving because they didn’t look like they had anything ready for any sandwich. My bad review is not for the employee who took my order, he was nice and helpful. It is for the manager who has poor leadership skills and is unwilling to go the extra mile. He should be replaced. Not surprised this location doesn’t have much business coming in.
