The Oak Factory is owned and operated by the Cooper family, and is Nicholasville's Premier Furniture & Mattress Gallery. Nicholasville is the 11th largest city in state of Kentucky and the county seat of Jessamine County, Kentucky. The population was 19,680 at the 2000 census. 2009 population estimates put Nicholasville at a population of 27,001. Nicholasville functions as both a residential area for commuters to Lexington, and also as an employment and shopping center for South Central Kentucky. The Oak Factory Outles is among the businesses to serve this community, and we are located in the new Brannon Crossing Center, one mile south of Man-o-War Road and Nicholasville Road, next to Bob Evans, and across the street from the Cracker Barrel.
