Story

Opened in 2015, the Arhaus at Kierland Commons is one of the largest furniture stores in Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro area. Located in 31,000 square feet that formerly contained a Barnes & Noble store, the two-story space is twice the size of a typical Arhaus store. Renovated to better reflect Arhaus style, the location itself is outfitted with international flavor, featuring international design elements alongside American-made items–stone flooring from Europe complements reclaimed timber from Ohio. The space showcases Arhaus collections as they would appear in your home, with distinctive sections and rooms themed around unique Arhaus looks. Among the newest Phoenix furniture stores, The Arhaus at Kierland Commons is located at 7030 E Greenway Parkway. Visit Arhaus today to explore our latest finds and schedule your complimentary design consultation.

This is the first review I have ever written on anything. My wife and I have bought ALOT of furniture from various Arhaus stores over the years. This latest purchase was from the Arhaus Store in Scottsdale, AZ. We have had the same experience as most of the reviews. Great personal design consulting in the store - in fact, stellar. However, after that -- it takes forever to get what you already paid for. They might say 4-6 weeks, then you call them, its 6-8 weeks, then at eight weeks, you call them again and they still can't give you an ETA. Furthermore, it frustrating that you have to call them to check on the status of your furniture. I spoke with corporate and suggested they pay more attention to what happens after the purchase. We are still waiting for the rest of our furniture. We are very disappointed in the customer care after the purchase. You need to do much better!

Design consultant very helpful. Getting the furniture and dealing with defects and lamps not delivered has been a nightmare. Purchased in March and still don’t have the floor lamp and getting the rest of the issues addressed has taken months still waiting for one other piece besides lamp.

I just called both Kierland and the Biltmore looking to see if they had (in store) their Berwick 88" Leather Tufted Sofa in Bidford Sailboat. I wanted to see it in person because the online photos show extreme variation in the color of the leather. Neither store has the sofa in the Bidford Sailboat (blue leather). I thought I'd look up to see if there was a 3rd store in the Valley. That is when I saw all the Arhaus reviews. The last thing I want to do is wait for a sofa until June of next year (as someone else stated they placed an order in Nov and were still waiting on June of the following yr). I hope the company straightens out their problems. They have a lot of beautiful pieces that are made in a America or made in Italy. But having no service - that doesn't work. Paying up front and your pieces don't arrive for 7 months or they're MIA. - that doesn't work. I'll keep looking . . . elsewhere. These reviews are very disappointing.

You be the judge. Ordered a light fixture from the store. Took over 6 weeks to arrive, which they said it would. No issue there. Fixture arrived with only a 6' chain when it was supposed to come with a 12' chain. Have to have the longer chain due to ceiling height. Their first suggestion was for me to go to a special store and have a chain specifically made on my dime. They then said they would send a new chain out, but it would take 6 weeks. I said no to that as well. They were able to track down a new fixture, which arrived a week later and I was assured it would be correct. It wasn't. Not only was chain 6' again, cord was only 6' and the metal extension rod in the middle that holds the bulbs was sheared. I was tracking the order and had my electrician lined up to install once fixture arrived because we had plans for a party and this was the last item to be installed in our remodel. Since I already had electrician scheduled, 14' ladder rented which had to be brought out on a trailer that was rented, I had my electrician rewire the fixture, Macgyver the chain & sheared center piece so it at least looked presentable for our party. My additional bill from electrician for the extra work was more than the fixture itself. Even after all that I still would not feel compelled to write a review if they would come up with a fair solution, but their solution is basically for me just to return the fixture and just eat the additional cost. And how exactly am I supposed to get the fixture down? After reading the other reviews it sounds like there is a similar trend progressing with this store/retailer. Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. And just as a side note on how a customer should be treated. Ordered a table from West Elm and had a similar experience, but their fair solution was to reimburse me for the majority of my purchase (and I assure you the table was much more expensive than the light fixture).

I had my picture taken for “insurance” because I was sitting on a couch testing the product. I was then asked to leave the building.
