The sales reps do not work on commission, so any time you have a question, anyone will be happy to help you. They have quality furniture with reasonable prices. The sales people do not follow you around the store, but are extremely helpful if you need their service. This was a most pleasant experience.

We were happy to purchase our sofa with living spaces for a great price and style but after having the sofa a month the seams started coming apart. I called to file a claim under the 1 year warranty for a new cushion cover and they were happy to accept my claim and said it would be 5-10 weeks before I got my product. I was fine with that obviously hoping for the sooner the better scenario but after being in contact with them a few times 10 weeks came and went. I still don't have my cushion cover replacement and have called them several more time to figure things out. All 3 people have told me they would call me back that day to give me more information and so for no one has, the lady just told me it could be ANOTHER 5-10 WEEKS and she would call me on Friday with further details. I am so sick of this company right now I just want a replacement for the cushion cover seams falling apart so quickly or to be able to return the product because I honestly have very little faith the replacement will do much better.

My wife went in earlier that day to scope out possibilities. So many great pieces to choose from. We spent some time with Megan reviewing our selections. Megan confirmed inventory on all but one item was in the store. Set up delivery with Julie (#3) where she went through the details of the delivery. Both ladies were excellent.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! My wife and I were shopping for a bed, dining set, and bedroom furniture. We had gone to several places and kept leaning towards Living Spaces for three reasons: reasonable prices without a hard sell, excellent products and selection, and a superb salesperson in Michael Scott. Other places we went just seemed overpriced and sales people who seemed to be more like car sales people than furniture professionals. We went back to Living Spaces to look again and were first greeted by Krista, a store manager. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, we mentioned Michael Scott, saying he had helped us before and were pleased with his knowledge. She stepped away and a few minutes later, Michael walked up, recognized us, and remembered us even though it was two months before when we’d been there. He had put our wish list in the system and got right to work. He spent a lot of time with us, going back over our choices and helped us refine them. He knew it all, from beds to dining sets, and we decided that after all of our legwork, coming back to Living Spaces in Scottsdale and having Michael help us was the right choice. His recommendations were honest (like which items to add, where to add an protection plan and where it wasn’t needed) and we pulled the trigger. Couldn’t be happier with both Living Spaces and Michael Scott. A superb combination and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone looking for the right bed and honest help with your furniture needs.

I recently bought a new house and now live pretty close to living spaces. This place is hands down the best furniture/home goods store! My entire house is furnished by them. Their prices and customer services has been wonderful. Taylor, Kyle and Sheena all are extremely friendly and helpful!
