I purchased bedding a couple of days ago and saw today that it was 20% off so I called to see if they would do a price adjustment. Girl that I spoke to said no problem, just bring your receipt in. When I arrived at store, salesclerk Susan acted like it was a big hassle for her, rolling her eyes at at her colleague, like the credit was coming out of her paycheck. This transaction was about 350 so at 20% it was significant = ~68 dollars. However, all in all, I spent about 1500 on bedding. Sorry to inconvenience you Susan!

Love the stuff we bought. However not happy with the lies they used to sell it to us. The month we bought our $3000 couch they were advertising double reward cash back. What they didn't tell us was that they don't charge the pottery barn credit card until it ships which was the next month. The next month the double rewards gimmick was over and we only got half of the cash back that we were told we would get. To make matters worse we got the run around and no resolution when we tried to get the problem solved. The people that work at this store would rather put you off until you forget about their mistakes and just give up.

Paid over $3,000 for dining table and chairs in 2004. Contacted Pottery Barn (PB) for the manufacturers contact information to purchase a replacement part and PB threw up their hands and first said they don't carry parts for products they sell and then followed up with an email that said they are contractually bound not to divulge manufacture information. Never buying from them again!
