Best customer service! I had a problem with a swivel chair I purchased 3 years ago, and took the chair in for repair, expecting a significant charge. They were very kind, and repaired it easily at not charge (not what I expected at all!). I have purchased many things at this store in the past, and the quality is excellent--and beautiful as well! Thank you to the owners. I will be back.

Giving them a 4 because we had to have a table delivered 3 times for large scratches and dents. We have never had an issue with them and they corrected the problem. We had a couple of barstools that sounded like a drunk star wars Chubakka after a year Cophenhagen replaced them as well.

Everything about Copenhagen Imports and in particular the Scottsdale store operated by Manager Mary Hall is: NULLI SECUNDUS. (SECOND TO NO) In business, PRICE SELLS and the selection of beautifully designed quality furniture is priced right, in fact I have found many items surprisingly inexpensive. Oh, one last thing. I am not easy to please as many stores and vendors have discovered. No problems along those lines with Copenhagen Imports Scottsdale.

Nice European (Scandinavian) furniture. I have been shopping at Copenhagen since the early nineties and it is always pleasant. Professional staff, excellent design and quality products make it one of the best furniture stores to buy your furniture at.
