When my family and I frosted walked in I was amazed how clean the store was and super friendly! Everyone was making sure we were taken care of. Our salesman Steven was FANTASTIC! I couldn’t ask for anyone better... he knew all the answers to our question and was very helpful with any needs we had. He was an honest man to us and never veered away to far when my husband and I had to talk. It was worth the time and money to come down from flagstaff to buy what we needed. Thank you Ashley’s!!

Had a great experience at the store. Got a better deal in person than online. Online was cheaper at face value, but Eric was able to work some numbers to sweeten the pot! They are paid on commission and even then they saved me $$$ with no pressure to upsell. Eric even split his commission with the other sales associate who couldn't be there at my appointment time (she had priced stuff for me 5 days earlier and I was returning to buy).

I asked a question and got a straight answer. Salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. No pressure. The store was pleasing. They had a nice selection and displayed tastefully. I appreciated the welcome and attention I received upon entering the store.

Johnathan Gutierrez at the North Scottsdale location was amazing. His product knowledge along with the fact that he truly cared allowed us to best furnish our new home while staying under budget. In the past (not at Ashley’s) I’ve always dreaded getting help from sales reps at furniture stores, because I always felt the pressure from them to take extra financing and spend above my means. It was a breath of fresh air to leave there today with a smile on my face. I’m sure there are other great staff there, however, I highly recommend asking for Johnathan.

Melissa's service was excellent. We came in for a recliner. She took us on quick tour of store showing us where we could find them. She didn’t pressure us into anything. She let us browse at our pace. We were still in and out within 30 minutes after choosing a recliner that fit in with our living room and within our budget. She was able to set up delivery for Tuesday (just 2 days). We’ll definitely ask for her when we come back for our sleeper sofa (that sharp denim blue one) hopefully in 1-2 months as we convert our 2nd bedroom into an office/tv room.
