Bad experience and very surprised, except it seems there are different people than when I purchased my bike a year ago. That was a 5 star experience this only 2. Not even sure if 2 starts are worth it. The tune was done, but much more expensive than the other shops in town. I pointed out that the cadence sensor was not working, even brought the bike computer in with the bike so the sensor could be fixed, not!!! and why not. Well maybe they forgot, but when I asked the answer was that "I don't use that type of computer and don't know much about it" I was told to recharge the computer and then reset it maybe then the sensor would work. Ok, thanks for the advice. I did buy the bike computer and sensor in this store, I would assume people working in a store would know their merchandise. The really annoying thing, is that I wanted a bike fitting, as I am having a lot of upper back pain when riding and "sit bone" pain. I did some research on line and thought I might need a different saddle or an adjustment of the position of the saddle and handle bars. When I went into the shop to discuss this on the first visit, I was told to make an appointment for a fitting. Which was supposed to be when I picked up the bike after the tune up. But the manager was too busy getting a bike ready for someone else and told me to make another appointment for the bike fitting. That is funny because when i walked in he was sitting behind the counter and did not look so busy. I have discussed my problem with some cycling friends who suggested another shop and have an appointment for a bike fitting there. I would not recommend this shop, I wasted two days trying to get the sensor fixed and the fitting done, and neither has been done.

Small shop with big customer service. I was shopping on a budget and these guys specialize in higher end equipment (initially a bit intimidating). They were able to find me a great deal on a great road bike and helped me with fit and equipment needs. I have been back for tune ups which are included and have experienced the same awesome service. I visited almost every shop in town(some multiple times) looking for the right deal as this was my biggest bike purchase to date. These guys were the best by far. I was over budget just a bit, but got the exact bike to fit my needs and have been payed back ten fold in great customer service. These guys are enthusiasts and it shows. Thank you AZ cyclist.

The take it or leave it attitude left a bad impression on me. The prices are not competitive with other stores in town for the EXACT same bikes part for part. Can you say ELITIST?
