I had purchased a Fuji Forza series hybrid bicycle 11 years ago at Ordinary bike shop. During the first two weeks of having the bicycle, spokes began to tweak and Brake from one of the rims, causing grief. I brought the bicycle back and showed the technicians what was happening. They asked me if I can leave the bicycle there for the day. When I returned, all of the spokes had been replaced on the entire bicycle... How do I know this you may ask? Because the first time of the spokes being replaced were replaced with the silver spokes. The original spokes on the bicycle were black to match the color of the rims. The technician therefore noticed after I pointed out that the spokes were not correct. The technician asked if I would be willing to bring the bicycle back at my convenience. I did bring the bicycle back, and the technician was happy to replace all of the spokes with the original style black spokes. I was elated to have that much care and service. I still ride the same bicycle today! Thank you, Ordinary bike shop!

Most bike shops are friendly places, Ordinary Bike Shop sets the bar even higher. James, the manager, is very knowledgeable and very approachable at the same time. I'm very satisfied with their service and the quality of the products that they sell. Keep the good work James

I went into Ordinary Bike Shop today. The staff member that helped me was so NICE and helpful! He explained what was wrong with my tire, explained which option would be the best and even sent me home with a patch kit to fix my other tubes. I am very impressed! Thanks, guys!

Last week I brought my bike in for a tune-up. The brakes were off and the gears were acting up. After getting it back something still didn't feel right, so I brought it back, they tweaked it no problem and sent me off. A couple days later I was riding it again and the derailleur broke, sent me flying from my bike. 

Not a good day. I knew those gears didn't feel right.

I called in and explained what happened. They had me bring it in and just hours later, it was fixed! Turns out the head technician rode to get all new parts and replaced everything that needed to be. He even waited in the shop after hours for me to grab it because this was on a Saturday. 

Can't explain how impressed I am with the integrity and understanding of this staff. Great people. I hope the story helps you see that as well.
