So far so good, I am giving them a preliminary rating as I have yet to get my wheel back, so I can't speak to the quality at this point. I went to performance during the evening for a broken spoke, but they told me to shop around as they couldn't cut a spoke for me and they didn't carry spokes in black. I drove down to bike masters after leaving. Don't know his name, but whoever was working behind the counter was very friendly and I felt welcome in the store. I had my kids with me and he was very friendly with them as well. After looking at the wheel he told me it would be a couple days before they could get to it. That was fine with me as I mostly ride on weekends anyway. Quoted price was the same or lower than at performance, depending on how out of true the wheel ends up being. He entered my info in to their system and gave me a pick up ticket for my wheel. Overall a pleasant experience at this point. I will update this review once I get the wheel back. **UPDATE** Got my wheel back today, everything seems in order, wheel looks like it is nice and true. Called on the way back from work to check if my wheel was done. It was ready as promised, so no complaints there. The price was lower than I expected to pay, as the wheel was fairly true when I brought it in, so that was very nice. Overall, it was a good experience with deadlines kept and from what I can tell, work done right. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My son and his friends have all gotten their bikes from here. My son has an Eastern brand and his friends have gotten Eastern and Stolen brands. The bikes that they have purchased are top quality and the prices were fair. As a matter of fact, I have seen the exact same models at different places priced higher. The best thing about purchasing a bike from Bike Masters though is the lifetime tune up free service that they offer for customers that have bought their bike from them. You just can't beat that. My son and his friends have brought in their bike back here multiple times and they have honored that without question. I highly recommend Bike Masters and refer people here all the time.

I have very good experience buying a nice cruising style bike for my daughter to ride. The have honored the warranty on her bicycle. The prices are fair. They communicate very well, calling and informing if cost of repairs while also providing a timeline for expected repairs. They honor their warranty. The staff is alert and attentive, quick to provide answers. First stop shop for Giant brand and others.

I'll give them one star for having the doors unlocked on a non holiday Monday. I upgraded the wheel set on my road bike and needed help transferring the cassette, tires & tubes over to the upgraded wheel set. I did not have a chain-whip or cassette lock ring removal tool which are pretty much requirements. So I took my bike in and asked for help. They mounted the cassette but told me I would have to wait until Thursday concerning the tires & tubes, which was out of the question since it was only Monday. My next stop was Performance Bicycle, just right up the road. Turns out I had to buy new tubes because the upgraded wheels are deeper and the valve stems on the tubes not long enough. I ended up buying two new tubes, a chain whip, cassette lock ring removal tool, several wrenches. Performance Bikes were friendly and willing to help me as a walk in. They even mounted the tubes and tires, something Bike Masters was not even willing to do. The $87 I spent yesterday went into Performance Bikes' till, not Bike Masters. They lost a customer because I won't be going back there. I've bought tires, bike computer, bike rack for my car and a few other things over the past 2 years from Bike Masters but I am done with that store. The staff at Performance Bikes are much, much friendlier and are truly willing to go out of their way to help, You can even "feel" the difference in the atmosphere of the two stores. In Bike Masters, you feel like you don't want to be there. In Performance Bikes, you don't want to leave. As online retailers continue to take business away from small, brick & mortar stores, only those who are customer centric, friendly and really willing to go the extra mile and actually 'delight' their customers will survive. Bike Masters does not stand much of a chance. I will be surprised if they are still there in a couple of years. Bike Masters = not friendly, poor service and no senior citizen discount.
