I visited Tucson for a few days and wanted to rent a bicycle. I called & emailed several shops. Broadway’s staff was very helpful & their websites on-line bicycle rental system made it very easy to get the bike I wanted (a Trek Domane SL 5, that was perfect for the rough & gravel roads around Tucson). My flight was delayed and I arrived just before closing. The employees at the shop were very pleasant and took the extra time to make sure the bike was set up perfectly for me. I brought my saddle, stem & pedals, which their service department gladly installed. I would highly recommend Broadway Bicycles. Matt M.

I have been to Broadway Bike many times, I ride BMX and they more than have me covered. They have great selection of after market parts for all types of bikes, they will also order whatever you need if its not in the store. They are a knowledgeable team and are able to help you with what ever you are going to need to ride. Seriously one of the best bike shops I have ever walked into, Thanks you Broadway Bikes team for all the help you have given me and all of your customers, keep it up guys.

Great shop, they really know there stuff, and obviously care about their customers. My mother in law just bought a new bike there, and I was blown away by how knowledgeable they were I’m helping her.

Great bike shop - can't say enough good about them. When I decided to return to cycling at age 60, I visited quite a few shops before deciding to go with them, and I am glad I did. After buying two bikes from them, asking way too many questions, returning for service and getting to know them I wish all businesses were run like this. All the employees are great, especially Tim and Scott who have dealt with me. If you are looking for a bike shop in Tucson that will listen to your needs, go out of their way to help, and provide excellent service this should be your first choice.
