Worst company on earth. They engage in insurance fraud and after calling every day for 2 weeks and being told the manager will call me back, she never did. All about double billing and insurance fraud. They won't even call me back to discus.

I was referred to AZ Pain Specialist by my Gastro. and my Pulmonologist due to severe pain in my lungs and stomach.  I set up an appt. for 8/29 in Chandler. They called me and canceled the Chandler appt. due to their Dr. having an Emergency and going out of town. I asked to be rescheduled immediately since I am in a lot of pain. I got told that they would schedule me in Gilbert 2 weeks from now. I got upset due to the pain and wanted something sooner, the office manager could not give me anything sooner and stated something about me being on AHCCCS...I told her that I was not on AHCCCS and that I have Health Net/Obama care. Office Manger was rude and did not empathized with my pain and just hung up on me, like she didn't give a DAMN! When I called back they would not pick up the phone. It kept hanging up on me as I know they have caller ID and could see my phone#. That was Friday 8/25, so I waited and called them back on Monday today 8/28 to see if at least I have an appt. 2 weeks from now in Gilbert, than I was told that Dr. Anderson in Gilbert has looked over my medical records since Friday (I guess over the weekend) and thinks I'm not a good fit or a good candidate for their pain clinic. I asked why ? She could not answer me and transferred me to the Gilbert's office manager who I left a detailed message for. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YOU ! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. NO EMPATHY, NO SYMPATHY, NO CONCERN! I WONT GO HERE IF YOU PAID ME NOW! I've asked my Gastro to refer me to some place else and I will also let my Pulmonologist and Primary Care Physician know what a JOKE this place is. So upset with this place. Unbelievably Heartless.

I understand the negative reviews but vehemently disagree with them!  I have been under the care of Dr. Anderson and his staff for quite some time.  I see them for my back and my knees.

These folks see hundreds of patients disregard the negative they have alot of positives, I would recommend this clinic too my friends and family they really helped me out!

Brought my daughter here to get her relief from pain after being in the hospital for 4 weeks with kidney failure which resulted in severe edema and rhabdomyolysis which caused nerve damage on her feet and muscle damage on her legs. Dr recommendation as to what insurance would cover. Everyone was very nice that worked there but Dr Kenyon was rude and short. Spent 5 mins and told us to go to family Dr for meds. We were looking for solutions to get her through Physical Therapy pain and since she had visited a pain management Dr her family Dr would not prescribe any meds as all we wanted was meds to control her muscle spasms and since she was heavily med for 4 weeks wanted help in getting weaned off of her oxy as was recommended from the hospital and family Dr as since they said if she was just taken off of them she would go through withdrawals. Dr Kenyon was arrogant and didn't even give us time to ask simple questions as to home alternatives or over the counter meds. Physical Therapy cannot start until pain management takes place. Breaks my heart to see my daughter crying out in pain day and night. Canceled next appointment which is in 2 weeks and seeing another pain management clinic.

Courtney Kelm changed my life. I had been to dr's for 15 years. No one could explain anything. Courtney looked at my entire chart and knew exactly what it was. Had I gone undiagnosed it could have been life threatening. Not only is my pain managed, but her expertise in other areas saved my life.
