ATEMBIS cost me $325 when they failed to follow thru on a promise.. When I went in for my Wellness Exam, I was also charged for a separate visit because of another health issue that I asked about while I was there. This is not much of a problem, but it would have been nice to have been told this information prior. The main problem here was that I asked the doctor if they could fill in my blood test results on a biometric screening sheet so that I could fax the completed sheet to receive $325 towards my HRA healthcare plan. This was time sensitive and needed to be done before 11/15/2017. The doctor informed me that there was no need for me to fax it and reassured me that they would fax the results themselves. The funds can sometimes take a month or more to show in the account, but January came by and still, nothing. When I called ATEMBIS to ask about this, they stated that they did already fax it, but they would fax it again and provide proof that they previously faxed it before the 11/15/2017 deadline. This is a promise that was not kept, as they merely faxed it in, what appears to be the first time, on 1/11/2018. Now, I am out $325 because a broken promise. ATEMBIS has done nothing to remedy this situation and it is 3/12/2018 already. I had high hopes that this place would become my new Primary Care Facility, as it is close to work, but it does not look like they want my business or care about costing me money.

I have been seeing Dr. Williams-Vaughn for at least 10 years, if not, longer.  She is the best. I have had to wait a time or two. But, the wait is worth it.  Other times I just have time to sit down and I get called back. She is full of great advice and I feel that she takes great care of me.

Dr Carroll has been my doctor since I was 22 years old. I am now 42 years old. When I lived out of state, I made my appointments with doctor Carroll's office for times I would be in AZ. He is the only doctor I trust. The staff are  great as well. They are always very pleasant and helpful.

Wait time has always been less than 10 minutes. Staff is friendly. Office is clean.
