I've had a great experience with them, I drive 5 hours one way to be seen each appointment, I would then make my account current each time I was in office, and each time they have worked with me and waived any late fees that would have acquired. I was seen last month and made the current payment, they have never made it an issue until now. They informed me I could just call a payment in which is what I attempted to do today only to find out that they won't see me over $18?! While the money is not the issue its the lack of communication as the gentlemen who took my payment last time did not tell me there was still a balance due and yet still saw me for my appointment. In which case they shouldn't have seen me then. I've paid thousands and my insurance has also paid a good portion of the bill. It's never been this difficult, maybe it was luck of the draw with who answered the phones this morning. It's very aggravating that they have been very pleasant to deal with this whole time until today. So better communication would be a great start. If they would have told me there was a balance due last month of $18 I wouldn't have bat an eye. But playing it off as I'm the one who knew the whole time is incorrect.
