No source of fresh water. Hope you like drinking from the bathroom sink. They have a gatorade bucket that's always empty tho and filled from the bathroom sink so i guess that's nice?
 No AC, no showers, no friggin microwave or area to prep food! 
 Equipment is old and McGuyver'ed together..
  But worst of all, there are dozens of signs all over the gym with stupid "rules" posted, it's like trying to workout in a daycare!
If you go there during daylight hrs, expect the owners to be blasting crappy music so loud that it sounds distorted and overpowers your headphones...
"No use of cell phones on the workout floor" are you kidding me? Yet you continually see the owners and their son using their phones in the same area.

Great local gym, the owners are legit professionals who know all about mechanical aspects of the body, as well as general health information, and offer multiple programs and personal training. They consider any injury you have as they plan your workout at your pace. 5 stars!!
