The lady at the front that does check in needs a good attitude adjustment! She is RUDE AS HELL! And Very Racist for a white lady! I’m white and the way she treated these people is AWFUL!!! Truly AWFUL
I have been a Dr. Irina Lendel endocrinologist patient for several years now. She listens and understands. She is compassionate and takes her time with each of her patients; I never feel rushed. She is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. She is easy to speak with and open to trying new medications and exploring the latest research to help her patients. I am truly blessed to have her as my endocrinologist.
I had leaky vein procedure on Friday,by Saturday I had to call for ambulance to go to the emergency room for 16 hours of agony and one and a half hour very hot MRI and a CAT scan and multiple tests.My procedure caused a severe infection. I had to spend 3 days in the hospital for IV antibiotics. I was sent home with oral ones.I know they did 13 procedures that day. I went this morning back to AHHC so they confirm injury and for pain meds. Several hours later still no meds. Said Dr. busy doing procedures. I think this money machine is too damn busy to provide good patient care.
Dr. Daniel Sherbet and Dr. Nolan were exceptional. Recognized experts in their fields and well respected. The care i received was the finest I have ever received anywhere. I have no doubt they have extended my life and vastly improved my quality of life. I am a very grateful patient.
My doctor is Dr. Carl Ledding he has been my doctor since 2006. He is one of the best cardiologist at the Heart Hospital and his nurse Mrs. Stacy. They have really taken excellent care of me. Very understanding and kind. I love a doctor and his staff when they truly care about their patients and treat them with the utmost respect and they really have that listening ear to help ease your concerns. Your health is there concern. That speaks volumes for me.
Being fairly new to this area, it was nice to finally find a doctor that didn’t mind explaining things so thoroughly. Dr. Irina Lendel is one if the greatest Endocrinologist, that I’ve ever met. She called me personally to let me know about my daughters lab work and just to check on her to see how she was feeling. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! The experience from the AR Heart Clinic is what kept me from giving this place 5 stars. Where do I began;1 there is no need to call any of the phone lines because you will never get through to anyone….ever. I found this out after being on hold for 35 minutes in traffic while the freeway was being cleared due to an accident. When I arrived, I asked the lady at the desk, did they have any operators to answer phone and her reply was “the lines are normally busy on Mondays”. But little did she know, I was here a month ago on a Thursday and no one answered the phone then either. We finally arrived to The Vein and Vascular institute. The desk clerk quickly checked us in by only asking for my daughters name and was told to have a seat. We sat in the waiting area for a hour and that’s when realized we were late for another appt that we had in the clinic. I went back to the desk and told the office clerk that it was time to go to another appt and we had been here an hour and hasn’t been seen yet. The office clerk told one of the techs “this patient was check in an hour ago and still hasn’t been seen”, the tech replied”I was at lunch”. I knew I was late when I made it to the clinic. I don’t have a chance to let anyone know bc we were rushed to be seated while everyone was able to take their 30 minute lunches.This tech that replied “I was on lunch”, knew that we were being passed over instead of working us in. We were finally was called to the back 1 hour and 45 minutes after we had checked in. The clinic is too huge to not have a operators who are able to answer the phone. I admit that I was later but if I knew that I was going to have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen because I was late. I would have rescheduled my appointment, like another gentleman did that was waiting even longer than I was. I overheard one of the techs say that there was an emergency this morning, and the whole day was set behind. While this is understandable, I think this should’ve been also communicated to all patients/visitors that were waiting to be seen.
Being a nurse, it is difficult to find an EP Dr. that I feel confident in. After "shopping around," I found the diamond in the rough! Dr. T was very thorough, and knowledgeable. I am trusting him with my complicated cardiac issues, and I'm pretty critical when it comes to my healthcare. He's the best. He's also witty which is nice.
I don't understand how the Heart Hospital Clinic keeps getting accolades. They have become a money grubbing operation rather than a medical provider. Good luck getting a real person when you call in and sit on hold for upwards of 15 minutes. You may or may not get a call back. Forget about getting an appointment. If you can get an appointment, you'll end up waiting for at least an hour in a packed waiting room. They brag about patients coming in from 41 states but it seems to me that if they wanted to provide quality care for Arkansans they would limit the out of state patients.
Dr. Freeland is the worst. After going over a treatment plan before surgery I still almost died because he change his mind during surgery and implanted a new device of his liking in my heart without my consent. Long story short I almost died, had to have another open heart surgery done by another surgeon of course. If your ready to die make an appointment with him ASAP. He’ll take you straight to deaths door and leave you there.
I just have to let you all know what a wonderful caring clinic this is. Dr. Nash and Dr. T are amazing doctors. They both are very professional and have such kind caring hearts. Every time I’ve been there I have been treated with so much respect. From the time I check in until I leave everyone is so kind and caring. They are extremely amazing.
