I was worried after seeing other reviews, but I needed to have my two year old son seen quickly. Our experience in the ER was nothing like the reviews. They were patient and compassionate. They checked nearby pharmacies, as we're not from the area, then took care of the prescription when they found all others were already closed. They even brought him a stuffed monkey to try to calm him down.

Had surgery on my hand at this facility. All aspects of the care provided was excellent, and superior. They made the treatment from a horrible wreck a wonderful experience, comforted me, and gave me hope that it will all be all okay. Thank you Dr. Henry Wallace and your staff for putting me together again, and for your true concern for my well being.

Went there when i rebroke my knuckle  (i have screws in it) the "doctor" tried to say that there was no screws in my knuckle and i was lying about it. Went to conway hospital and sure enough its rebroke. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra hour to conway.

These reviews reference emergency room and other things that actually are at the Ozark health center hospitsl, NOT the specialty clinic. I agree with most of what they say about hospital emergency care, but the Specialty clinic is totally different. It gives specialty doctors a place in Clinton to see patients from here, rather than having us make that long, tiresome trip to Little Rock. We are SO appreciative of their care, and it is quality care!  My only reason for 4 stars, not 5 is the waiting room wait times are often long, BUT not nearly as long as a round trip to Little Rock. We are SO thankful they come here. And as the long wait times are usually due to their individual attention to us all, I'm going to change my rating to a 5.

We were told by the staff that this is not a hospital. And they made that clear with being rude and uncaring. They DO NOT care for people.
