Great flat, level park for walking with paved trails both around the lake and through lightly wooded areas. A nice two-section playground with a mulch floor. Older tennis courts, several pavilions, ball fields. Looks like a farmer's market in warmer months. We came today for the 9-hole disc golf course - it's flat and forgiving. First four very open, next five more tight and technical with lots of trees. A solid place to learn and fall in love with disc golf.

Great public park. Well maintained by the public and city. They have a really nice fenced in dog walk/park. Very large area for pets to run, play and, socialize with their other four legged friends. There is at least one annual 5k run held in the park each year called the Root beer Run. Lot's of fun

What a great place for family events and leisure. We used to go to the dog park here when we lived in a smaller place and it was typically clean and well maintained. The playground is fun, even for my toddler who can't do much. The best is biking down by the river, very relaxing. Fourth of July, and other summer/fall events are always fun and well attended with food trucks and music, and the farmers market is small but fun if you're in the area.
