Came in looking for a truck, and told them I wanted to buy asap. Was told they had something in the shop that would be great for me. I tried contacting them twice about it with no answer. then over a month later they call me to see if I was interested in buying a truck? By then I was in my new Ford. Thanks anyway.

The service people are easy to work with. They explain everything to my satisfaction and charge me a fair price. I trust that my car is in good hands. They are so nice that I forgot we were doing business and almost left before paying.

The sales team (Mike M & Ray D) were extremely responsive. I was very pleased that they help me explore the available lease and purchase options. I decided to go forward with purchasing a crew cab Silverado 1500. Mike was able to secure a loan for me through Bank of America that saved approximately $500 over the life of the loan when compared to my bank (Chase) quoted rate. I leased a Camaro 3 years ago and Mike & Ray help me that transaction. The overall experience in both deals was excellent.

Bought a Chevy Volt - great car. The buying experience was very good - what it should be. No undo pressure, no bouncing around from person to person, no attempt for needless upselling, and no wasting your time. when compared with other dealer experiences they easily earn 5 stars - many be 50.

Best damn service department. Went out of their way to get my car fixed, even had to get creative finding parts. Gavin is the man you want, I called him 3 times a day to check status and he never was anything but helpful and polite. Only issue is that they don't have enough loaner cars.
