Out of Business? Paid in full in July. Promised delievery. Only got excuses. After almost 1 months of not getting what I ordered, I really started to get worried. Last month I started calling almost every day. Yesterday, he promised he would pick up the items, personally, and make delivery no later than 12 noon, today. Now nobody answers the phone. When I made inquiry, I was told that the store is closed. I'm going to file a criminal complaint in addition to posting this review.

Sad to say they may be out of business. Ordered a refrigerator and after weeks of delays and constantly calling, finally nobody picked up phone. I then called the Yorktown Heights store. I was told that they and the Mt. Kisco store were two separate companies with different owners. They weren't sure what was happening in Mt. Kisco but they took my name and number and said if they had any communication from the store, they would pass on my inquiry. Also, these two companies with the same name shared a website but now the Mt. Kisco store is no longer included. In any case, I never heard back from them and disputed my charge (full price) with the credit card company. I got back my money after a day and then ordered elsewhere. Have the new refrigerator now! I have purchased many times from them in the past with no problems and nothing bad to say. But something has changed now and I would not do business with them in the future, if they are still in business.

We ordered appliances in early August, placed a deposit of half down, now no one is answering the phone or responding to email. I have called every day for over a week and a half! Apparently there is a sign on the door that states they are closed due to illness. They should have someone helping existing clients at the very least.

Sales people and staff are excellent. Delivery people are polite and helpful. I will use for all of our appliance needs!!!
