First of all we love the Highlander-better than we could have predicted.  Our consultant, Cynthia Rojas, was as professional as it gets.  She was well versed on the vehicle, flexible, funny, witty and obviously just a good person-she cares.  She is also a good mechanic-getting the plates off our old car which was not easy! You are lucky to have her.  Great overall experience.  Thanks.

Rivera Toyota in Mt. Kisco, there should be more car dealerships like this in the USA.  I found them to be honest and friendly.  They were willing to help and answer all of my questions, without rushing me.  I took my car in for service without an appointment on a Saturday and my car was in and out in 25 minutes, that included a free car wash.  I worked with Angelo and George in sales and Mark in the express service center.  They are all professionals and care about customers and their work.  I highly recommend this dealership.

This was the first time Ive ever had the opportunity to purchase a car and I am glad that I came to Toyota at Mount Kisco. Cythina Rojas, the sales person I had the pleasure to meet, made my dream of having the perfect car true. I could trust her recommendations and all of her advice. She was very personable, amusing and professional. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed as a new driver. Thank you for helping me find the perfect car ! I highly recommend Toyota services at Mount Kisco.

Rivera Toyota is the best!

We own a 2000 Camry, and love it, but decided to give it to our daughter in order to buy a new Camry. We decided to buy in early July, which meant we were going to get a deal on 2017 inventory as they get ready to bring in 2018 models. 

Even knowing this, we got an jaw-dropping amazing deal from Rivera Toyota. The staff were all excellent, especially the Jonathan Tamburro, our salesman: thoughtful, patient, helpful, polite and accessible, and best of all: NOT AT ALL pressuring in ANY way. We would buy two more cars from them if we needed them!!

In turn, Alan Nadler, in finance, was patient, explained everything, professional, accessible, especially regarding all the sign-off paperwork. We were done with the paperwork in under 30 minutes!

P.S. We are teachers, and know what it means to give grades. This review sounds inflated in praise, but we know that it's possible to earn a perfect score on a test. Rivera Toyota gets perfect scores from us!
