Found a car on their website and called this dealership for more information and pictures, which they readily supplied. We drove 3 hours to get to this dealership only to be told that the vehicle wouldn't be available for delivery if we wanted to buy it that day and would have to come back in a few days to take delivery on it! Don't you think that when a customer calls about a specific vehicle that's listed as certified on your website and tells you that their coming from 3 hours away, you should let them know that they won't be able to drive it home? They weren't real eager to work with us and quoted our trade THOUSANDS less than what we actually traded it for at another nearby dealership.. don't recommend this place based on our experience...

This is the best Land Rover dealer in Westchester County! The service experience is as expected -Above and beyond! Thanks Jeff for your courteous and timely communication. Thanks to your technitions for getting me back on the road with the car feeling good as new!

The people were nice, as well as the cars. But when we tried to purchase one, we did not get the features that we were told we would get. Even more, we were told that we'd only have to wait a day or two while they could find a car that we wanted. Instead, there were none available in the U.S. so now we are have ours shipped in from England and we cannot have it until June. I am pleased with the process leading up to the purchase as they did not pressure us into buying a car, but the execution of the sale was poor and I am not satisfied with what were getting for the high prices we pay.

The team was very efficient and we were able to work out a deal through email. The delivery was seamless and there were no hiccups! They were very upfront and honest, no additional fees other LR dealers try to charge.

Great to deal with and pricing was much better then Range Rover of Darien got my truck for hundreds less a month and more options .

The only thing I will say is that they could have cleaned the car much better upon pick up of the car at these prices it should be a true detailing job done on the car . 

Overall Range Rover of Mt. Kisco is the olace to go!
