We only picnicked here, but I was pleasantly surprised by this park! The visitor center was open though it was a Sunday, and had free postcards and coloring books which was neat for the kids. It was quite windy for our picnic (later we found picnic tables tucked away between trees instead of exposed by the lake) but the kids enjoyed the playground and geocaching. The bathrooms where we were at Lakeview Circle were locked, but a ranger stopped by offering to open them for us.

Spent 2 night in there somewhere close to circle campsite on labor day. Restroom and bathroom need to be more organize. They locked both on 4 o'clock labor day! There was no warning alert about snakes the matter that I saw tree of them(two small in shore and a giant one in the trees). We also meet turkeys , eagles, dove's and deer's I forget to mention,  humans. Bunch of them around the park with big diesel truck pulling boats and RVs.

Great state park. Lots to see and do would advise any one with an RV to book a weekend to try it out. Great pads nice a level easy to get your RV parked I have a 45 ft had no problems. We are for sure coming back.

Nice state park on a good lake. Playgrounds, swimming, restrooms, volleyball courts, golf and horseback riding

Amazing and beautiful place.   Camp along the waterfront and you won't regret it.  Good fishing, great swimming, and clean campsites.   Restrooms and showers are available.   Park helpers and staff were fantastic and helpful.  There is also a petting zoo for the little ones.  Want to camp here all the time.
