Located just steps from the Washington Monument and the White House, AMA | Art Museum of the Americas of the OAS is a hub for contemporary art produced in and about the Western Hemisphere. We promote social change by providing a lively space for educational exchange, new ideas, and creative expression. Within and beyond our gallery walls, we enrich our local and international communities by interconnecting artists, museums, and audiences across the Americas.

Lovely gallery tucked away near the White House. It offers visitors a nice introduction to Latin American art. And what a wonderful building with wood floors and beautiful wall tiles.

Small 2 floor museum, we spent about 40' looking at contemporary Latin American art. Suggested donation is $10 per person.
