EXCEPTIONAL service every single time I walk in! The owners are thorough, honest, personable, and invested. They are happy to answer all my questions and are dedicated to making sure I understand what's going on with my car. I always leave learning many new things. They give suggestions and tips in a non-pushy, calm, and genuine manner. I highly recommend using Art Works for all repair and maintenance!!

Great description of problems and proposed repairs.  Exact estimate provided before work was completed.  Additional parts were found to be worn during repair and they replaced them without adding labor costs.  Provided information on finding used windshield wiper parts and told me how to fix it myself if I choose to.  Nice guys, thanks!

I always have a good experience with these people. They are fair with their prices, honest with their assessments, make sure their customers understand enough to make informed decisions about repairs, and are happy to teach Volvo owners about the little quirks of older vehicles (which makes owning them a lot less stressful). In other words, they're pretty great!

Anyone who needs work on their Volvo in Western Washington should consider going to Art Works. I've been taking my car here for many years and I would never go to another mechanic for my Volvo. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and fair. I do miss the birds that used to be in the waiting room. If I could give them a higher rating I would.
