I keep getting this phantom check engine on my 2015 Dodge. Twice I came in and Ryan checked the light out for me and didn't try to gouge me with some bull story about how much work my vehicle needed. He was very honest and straight forward and because of that I will use his shop in the future for any work I need done. I am willing to drive all the way from DuPont to use his shop. Thank you Ryan for showing there are some honest mechanics left in this world.

Our 2015 3.6R Outback Almost all of the work was done at this shop. Lots of oil changes. Had our 30k and 60k service done there. Always a fast and friendly service. Ryan is always straight forward about what preventive measures to take next so my car is always running smooth.

I had an excellent experience at University Place Radiator and Auto Service. As a female, I can honestly say that I have only felt comfortable taking my cars to a few places in my twenty years of driving. I recently moved to the area and I feel so lucky to have found these guys. They are really skilled and were able to find the problem, which was not diagnosed by the first shop I had brought it to. My car is running great now. Thank you so very much.

Was quoted over a thousand bucks to do the brakes and rotors on my RV at another shop. Called UP Auto and the estimate was much less. Took it to them and they did a great job. Ran the RV tons of miles for the entire summer without a hitch. Great guys great service great prices. If your car or RV is in need of work this is the place!

Had a difficult problem with a castle nut for my idler arm. The guys there were all friendly and ready to help. Very clear on wgat was needed and were willing for me to come back later that day since I had class. Regardless if they can ultimately solve my problem, I will be returning here for all my vehicle services. Out of 5 repair stores they were the only one to I get me in fast.
