Gave me a good honest inspection with my oil change. I had just bought 19 year old truck that had just been inspected by a different shop, so I knew what was good and bad already... The Meineke mechanic was RIGHT ON POINT when giving me recommend maintenance at the end of my oil service. They had no idea I just bought the truck and just had to inspected... PROVEN Honest mechanic and shop !

I want to leave a better review on account of how nice the front desk lady was, but the fact of the matter is I had to wait an extra 1.5 hours (2.5) total to have 4 tires ( new which I had in the back ) put on my car. On top of that I had made an appointment to save time which didn't happen. Still, I am satisfied with the service.

I have never been to a Meineke Auto Care Center before. My service engine light came on which I have never seen before. I spoke with a friend who recommended I take my car into the Bridgeport Meineke in Tacoma. I was worried about getting swindled into buying extra services that weren't needed, as I am clueless with cars. I made an appointment online (which could be easier). Showed up to my appointment and dealt with Alanh at the front desk. Who was very polite and professional. Within a 20minutes I was called into the shop by Brandon who was working on my vehicle. He pointed out that my steering rack was leaking fluid which I was unaware of. He iformed me what could happen if I didn't fix it in the near future. Brandon was professional and concise with the information he shared with me. I did not have time to have it fixed today but I will definitely be a return costumer. I asked if I was able to fill out a comment card as I was very satisfied with my overall experience with Brandon and Alanh. Alanh let me know that I was able to get a 10% discount on my next service, which is a nice bonus as well!
