Rich has been my mechanic for the past 13 years, I am very thankful for his service. He has been nothing but honest when maintaining and repairing my vehicles throughout the years which is such a rarity. The quality of Richi's work is phenomenal. I only trust his shop for my cars needs. He believes in treating people right and has a loyal customer base because of that. I have never been overcharged or scammed in any way by this shop. Rich and his wife Denise care about the community and run a toy drive each year for kids at Christmas. They are very good people and will treat you like family. I highly reccomend Richi's Auto Repair.

I was up here on vacation and had my car start to wobble. Rich took a look at it on a Saturday morning and when he realized it was my tires (something he doesn't work on) he gave me back the keys with no charge for his time and a referal for a tire shop. I would definitely go back to him.

The only place I trust to touch my car!  

Richi's quality is 2nd to none.  He truly cares, and takes the time to be thorough and check everything.

Richi's quality, and attention to detail, are not found in today's marketplaces any longer.  

Richi is old-school quality, with the attitude of "do it right, or not at all."  That is the only way to be with a customer's car, in my opinion.  

He knows and loves cars, and will truly care for his customer's cars as if they were his own.  He does not half-a** anything, nor does he compromise on quality for the sake of expedience or cost savings.  

He already undercuts the costs of other shops, but he does so at a better value, which is simply unheard of!  

I recently had suffered major mechanical damage to my car thanks to a negligent construction crew in University Place.  

My insurance did not want me to do the work myself, so I towed the line and said only Richi can do it.  

Richi not only did an amazing job, but he was able to properly articulate all of the construction damage to my insurance company to ensure they covered everything that had been damaged by this construction nonsense.  

I don't know another mechanic would have taken the time to be as thorough as Richi, and I truly truly appreciate him for all he has done to get my car back on the road!  

When the parts people sent inferior parts, instead of just "making it work" to get my car out of his shop, he took the time to send the parts back, and get the correct ones.  He tolerated nearly a month of my car taking up space in his shop without charging me storage.  

Richi and Frank even stayed at the shop until 9:00pm to get my car done because Richi had promised it would be done that day.  The fact that they stayed late after coming in early, just shows the level of service and accountability you find only at Richi's Auto.  

Richi-YOU ARE THE BEST!  If you have car trouble, or mechanical damage, go to Richi's Auto.  Thank-you Richi and Frank for all your hard work!

You won't be sorry you did, but you might be sorry if you take your car elsewhere...  My best is purring strong and I am a happy customer for life!

For years now the only one I trusted with my Durango. Knew I could count and trust him 100% . He is family know by the way he was very helpful and caring with my vehicle by making sure it was running safe for me and my children. #1 recommended place.
