This Discount Tire location is so busy.. Be prepared for a wait. Staff is awesome cannot complain about staff. Now the wait time that's a different story. I think they need to add 2 more bays to speed up the wait time. Ive been trying to get tires for a week now with each day that I've called I was told at least a two hour wait. And by gosh litterally it's been almost two hours and I'm still here. In the end The Discount Tire brand and quality of service is cannot be compared. The best service is here at Discount Tire.

Great Experience! i will definitely stop by this location when i need new tires !! I arrived to this location with a flat exactly at 5. (they were closing) I had a baby in the car and needed help! The gentle mans here are great persons! They got me on the road as soon as they could and i will always appreciate them!

I've been a loyal customer since the day they have open here in Houston Texas they never fell when it comes to great service and warranty and Speedy service and most caring and fastest and great personality :-)! They always take excellent care of me I always choose Neil Simon not only he's in the military but he also worked there for too many years I don't want to go to no one else except him because he takes excellent care of me and give me great prices of the tires :-)! I think because he's been working from one store to another store differently I'm willing to travel even all the way to Highway 6 where he used to work just to have his tremendous greatest excellent care of service with great personality :-)! There is a manager there that really takes excellent care of me also he also was in the military these great serviceman have to be promoted or rotated to other store :-(! I love it now they will check your air on your tires for free for your safety for you and your families and your loved ones :-)! You can also buy rims and wheel locks :-)! I love it when they give us free coffee and bottles of water while you're waiting in the waiting room :-)! You can never fail to buy new tires from them my whole families also is loyal customer of Discount Tires:-)! And if they don't have the tires that you need it they could order it for you :-)! Have a great time shopping there :-)!

My experience here was great. I ordered 4 tires online and had them delivered to the store. When I arrived for my appointment, I learned that the shipment was delayed and the tires were not there... even though I had called a few days prior to confirm they would be there the day of my appointment. Instead of having me come back a different day, they upgraded my tires to a higher quality set they had in stock, and honored the price for the cheaper set. The appointment lasted about an hour, much quicker than I expected. I will definitely be back next time I need tire service.

This location is very busy so be ready to wait or go next door to have something to eat.  The staff is very professional and they don't come across as pushy when they are suggesting needed service.  I was satisfied with the service because I was expecting to wait.
