I came in on Tuesday 11/21 while on my lunch break to just look around at some watches and other jewelry due o the holiday season coming up. Let me tell you how impressed i was with the Jacob and his knowledge of gems. I will be coming back in the very near future to purchase some items and highly recommend Jacob as your sales man. He was very informative and trust worthy. Thank you!

I went in for a bracelet repair because the latch broke off. I thought it would be an easy fix, but they said it would cost a minimum of $85. This seemed excessive so I went to a different jewelry store. When I said how much I was quoted for, they laughed out loud and said the latch piece and labor would be $15 (which now looks and works great). I understand you're in downtown Minneapolis, but a $70 price difference seems a little ridiculous for a simple repair

I was extremely impressed with my experience with R.F. Moeller! I had never visited the store until I had some doubts about a 'diamond' ring that I had purchased from a different jeweler online. Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and I appreciated the time he took to help me! I was so happy with the level of customer service he provided, and will definitely be back.

Excellent experience.  Jacob showed great product knowledge with respect to pearls and was thorough in explaining price differences and in giving care instructions.  Good customer service skills displayed.

I frequently visit R.F Mollers at least twice a month and I genuinely like the customer service. Tara; stands out the most to me. She is always willing to help at a drops notice and helped me find my wives Christmas gift. I will definitely go back!
