I love Knox! They have hooked me up on multiple occasions with beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices! not to mention the staff is always super upbeat and positive! Thank you Knox for continuing to make me look good with my significant other!!

I went to Knox Jewelers already knowing what I wanted. Kristin helped us and was absolutely amazing!! Any request or question I had she accommodated. 
Once the ring was purchased, I had a few questions and I emailed Kristin. Her responses were very prompt and she was able to answer all my questions. 
I also enjoyed the emails showing the status of the ring. The images of my ring and the process to make it are fascinating.
I would highly recommend Knox to anyone and everyone.

Knox did a phenomenal job with my custom design engagement ring.  I worked with Rebecca Spain on some design idea concepts that I had and she was able to not only help me in a very timely manner, she also was able to tell me what would or wouldn't work with the budget I was looking to stay within.  One of my favorite things throughout the process was the updates for the ring as it was being manufactured, from CAD to finished product.  The best part of the whole experience, my fiance having no idea this was going on, even though she drove me to the shop and showed me what she liked.  From start to finish, about 6 weeks of time, and well worth it.

Picking out the right engagement stone and band can be very stressful. The good people at Knox Jewelers really made this a fantastic experience!  They were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process (despite me freaking out about giving my lady the perfect ring that fits nonetheless). When it came time to propose on Mount Evans in Colorado she was blown away by its beauty!!! The stone and band were perfect, the light hit the stone and man did it sparkle. Plus it fit! They customized and made the ring in house and the details are amazing. She gets so many compliments! Thanks again for helping make this engagement the best it could possibly be. We'll see you guys in the near future for the wedding rings!

We went to Knox because we heard they were artisans that did everything in house, and that was important to us. They are family owned, so we never had any trouble with being pushed towards ideas or prices outside of our budget. The design process was so much fun, and Kristin Schelitzche was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us through every step of the way. They even arranged the ring to be overnighted to Chicago as we were there visiting family for the holiday, and the ring hadn't been finalized until after we left. We've been engaged since November 2017 and I still get comments on a daily basis about the beauty of my custom designed ring from Knox. We couldn't have had a better experience and can't wait to work with Knox again on our wedding bands. I would recommend Knox Jewelers to anyone, and everyone!
