Excellent customer service.  Down to earth staff.  Very impressed with the horologist.  He spoke with candor and didn't try to take on a task that he didn't feel he could handle.  A little humility goes a long way with me.  I highly recommend JB Hudson.  What more can I say.

This is more about my experience with them than their jewelry quality or selection. 

We visited in person the first time and I fell in love with one of the designers they carried for my engagement ring. The lady we worked with initially emailed that day. When I emailed her back wanting to take the next steps there was no response. Okay fine, things happen. 6 weeks later I called to get a new sales person, they took my name, number, and email as well as the designer name I fell in love with. It’s been two additional months and no one has called or emailed. 

We decided to go to Arthur’s instead and I found a designer I liked equally as much and we got the ring on order. 

It’s so surprising to me that no one reached out or followed up to the emails and phone calls to JB Hudson. I wanted to like this place.

We worked with JB Hudson on purchasing a wedding ring, along with making adjustments to both my engagement ring and wedding band. The staff was absolutely lovely to work with, they make you feel like family and take care of everything you need in a timely manner. If you are looking to purchase watches, jewelry, or just get something fixed, you will not disappointed with their service! Plus free valet parking 🤘🏼

What a great place to shop!  Kathleen and the rest of the sales staff are very professional.  They have a gorgeous sales floor, with a surprisingly low-pressure atmosphere.
