As I was driving by Asheville pre-owned I saw a beautiful little gem that caught my eye. So I pulled in gave it a test drive and figured I'd buy it. A week later the transmission started slipping so I took it to the dealership and they said I needed a new clutch. So $1,700 later after spending 7500 on this car. 9200 In Debt. thanks.. I called Mike and he said the car was sold as warranty. It really stinks because when I test drive the car I said oh that's funny that the transmission is doing that and he said I don't know what that is. i was the sucker that bought it...

It really is unfortunate. When I test drove the car and came back asking about the unsure feeling and shudder during take off Mike said he hadn’t noticed it and it was probably just because it’s a 4 cylinder. We put in an application on it and he shortly called us back saying someone else was there with cash and wanted to buy it but wanted to give us first dibs. I now find this story to be a trick into us buying it. We bought it because we thought it to be a great deal on a 2014. When I went to sign paperwork the next day he said he drove it and noticed nothing. After 2-3 weeks of owning the vechicle the shuddering was so bad we had to bring it to the dealership in which we got the fun news that it needed a new dual clutch which would run us $1700 on top of the $7500 we just paid for it! I would have to say Mike doesn’t know much about the cars he is selling and that his best interest is for him not his clients. Super disappointed in the purchase and the amount of money I need to dish out after owning it less than a month.

I put off going through the car buying process until my car had almost 270,000 miles on it and the motor gave up. I had no choice. Luckily,  I noticed a car at Asheville Preowned (on my way to rent a car) that I wanted to see. We stopped on our way back and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Mike was so helpful. He let me take the  "new" car to my mechanic for an inspection, he helped with financing, he drove me back to return the rental car, he did all the awful DMV work. No high pressure, only friendly helpful service. I hope to not have to buy another car for awhile, but Mike will be the first person I contact when it does happen. When it's your turn, contact Mike. You won't go wrong!

Mike was great to deal with. He was very honest and nice to me and my wife when we purchased a car from him. He keeps a nice variety of cars and trucks. I would truly recommend him to  anyone looking for a good used car.

Mike has nice clean cars at very reasonable prices. He was very personable and the purchase went smoothly. It's sometimes hard to find honesty in a car salesman, but not here!
