No pressure sales. Sales people didn't even leave the house/office while I looked the vehicle over. Barely followed up with me after my test drive; didn't even ask for my contact information. They did let me take the car to my mechanic the following day for an inspection.  I submitted an offer via their website and a separate message after visiting my mechanic. They never responded to me despite the fact their website states "We really do read your comments and suggestions. They form the foundation of how we run our business. Your input is greatly appreciated."

Couldnt have been a poorer experience. Zero parking service was pitiful .selection is plentiful but over priced and not worth the time. I will not go back or recommend

Sketchy is the only word I can describe about this place. Looked at a car that had a roll back on its odometer and asked about it they told me the Carfax had been consistent since one time and then went back down after purchased. Look under the cars you buy here might look nice but seems like no one on the lot knows much how to work on a car they will die after you purchase. Good luck

Drove down from Maryland to see a Jeep that was completely misrepresented. Was told the frame was in excellent condition with no rust (a common problem for 97-06 Wranglers) and even put a deposit to hold it as they said the vehicle was in high demand. I am not exaggerating when I say that when I crawled under the Jeep, i was able to pull piece of of the frame off with my fingers due to rot. I was livid, and demanded my deposit back, which Amy argued with me about before deferring to the owner who agreed to release my money after I waited for hours on a return phone call that never came (I had to call back multiple times). As I was waiting in the lot, someone else there to check out an SUV couldn't even get it to start. They clearly flip salvage and auctioned cars for a premium to unsuspecting customers. Avoid at all costs or pay the price later.

Great staff, but the selection of "good" cars is subpar; if you have the money and financing, look elsewhere.
