My name is Rick Anderson and I'm all about putting people into automobiles they love at prices they love...with America's Best Warranty! I'm passionate about not only getting unbelievable deals but providing an outstanding ownership experience here at Hyundai of Asheville. My customers don't just get cars, they get a car guy that sets up their service appointments, answers financial inquiries, performs equity reviews and credit rebuilding consultation, requests and obtains parts, and sets up detail appointments, paint touch ups, interior extractions, window tints, aftermarket installations and MUCH MORE.

I am a frequent customer of the service department at Hyundai of Asheville, and Forrest Smith is by far the best service manager I've ever dealt with. My previous experiences with automobile dealer service departments have been about as pleasurable as root canals, but Mr. Smith and the entire service department at Hyundai of Asheville go above and beyond to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. I just had a major repair done on my car, and I can recommend the service department at Hyundai of Asheville without hesitation. That's because of people like Forrest Smith, shop foreman Daniel Miller, and service writer Heidi Tucker. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Steve Mathis was very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. He helped my husband and I with all questions and concerns that we had ( which we had many). Also went out of his way to get us the best deal possible. And also very friendly to our girls, he even bought them snacks. Highly recommend him. Thank you Steve.

I just purchased my third car from this dealership. I have always had a great experience at this location. The staff is great! Jordan helped me this time and he was very attentive to my needs and was very personable. Billy hill also helped me as well and he has helped me with my other purchases as well and he has always done a great job for me. At the end of my lease I will definitely work with them again. Thanks guys

My wife and I went there to look at used cars.We bought the car we have now new from them in 2012 with no issues. So we thought we would go back again. Mistake!!! We were walking around looking at the used cars when the salesman came out and introduced himself so far so good. We answered a few questions then he asked for us to come inside and answer a few more questions. Ok ..... We then said we just wanted to look at the car. He said he couldn’t even open the car unless he had Our Id. My wife asked you can’t even let us look without a copy of our license. So we got up and left . Before we could get to our car he came out with a manager and she ask if we were offended cause they ask for a id. We said yes because all we wanted to do was look. Then she said they would be happy to show us any car we wanted. Shouldn’t that have been the 1st thing they said??? Need less to say we went straight to paramount Kia and they were more than happy to open up any car on the lot. We looked at several of them and didn’t have to show our Id to do it. We are going to buy a car soon and Hyundai of Asheville will not have to worry about showing us any car ever again.

I have gotten two cars from Hyundai of Asheville, and have had a great experience both times. I first leased an Elantra, and then bought a Genesis Coupe once my lease was up. The sales team is friendly and professional, which was important to me as a younger woman with little car-buying experience. It can be an intimidating process, but everyone from the sales people to the finance team made it comfortable and pain-free. Thanks, Hyundai of Asheville! I've loved my cars and will continue to take my business here!
