My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture knowing exactly what we were looking for. We were quickly greeted by Jared and he pointed us in the right direction. He told us where we could find what we were looking for, whether we wanted something more vintage or more modern. After looking around for a bit by ourselves, Jared checked in with us and we narrowed down what we liked the most. He also showed us more products that we had missed and we got to try out some more couches. Jared was very knowledgeable when it came to the products. He knew all the features, what colors they were available in, what parts came as a whole and which could be eliminated or chosen as we wished. He helped us get the best financing option available and he also helped us get our products quickly to us since we needed them within a certain time span. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our shopping experience at Ashley Furniture and with the excellent customer service Jared provided. We love our new couches, we get nothing but compliments on them, and we would definitely return to Ashley Furniture in the future for other pieces.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a bedroom set for my daughter at the end of January. Was told it would be 3-8 weeks delivery. I was fine with that. Got a call our order was ready on 2/19. Picked up only to get home and realize there were no rails or hardware. Called the store back and they had no explanation and acted as if I was lying about not getting the missing pieces. My husband went back to the store the same day and was told the rails came in but were damaged so they had to send them back. So why would you call me to pick up my order and have me waste an entire Saturday afternoon if they knew not everything was there. And why when we called about the missing pieces the "customer service rep" had no idea where to look to see what happened. Even spoke to the Manager and he had no explanation. Got a call today that the rails came in. When we asked about the hardware the woman said oh, I forgot about those I will have to call you back. I have never purchased furniture and only got part of my order with no explanation on where the other pieces are at until you go to the store and ask questions. They get you in the store with BS sales ads,mark up their prices to make it look like your getting a good deal but if you check the Ashley website the products are a lot cheaper and you do not have to deal with poor service. If you don't want a headache . . got somewhere else. Had a much better experience at Bobs and Value City. Ashley's need to step up their customer service and get it together. Would rate the quality but we have not been able to use the furniture yet.

Had a great experience! Diego's assistance was very knowledgeable as he was introduced to me by Natalie (our salesperson) for mattress information. Made me feel welcomed and very pleased to be there. I bought a new bed set from them based on his guidance and expertise of how I sleep. I wake up energized! Thanks Ashley. Diego truly makes dreams come true.

So incredibly disappointed with my experience here. Bought a sectional on Saturday, February 11 and was told to call back on Monday, February 13 to get an estimated delivery date...Fast forward to today and we are NOW looking at April 9th...and that's not even definite. We've called 4 times since we bought and paid for our furniture (in full) and our date keeps getting pushed back...is it too much to ask that I get my furniture in a timely manor??? PER THE RECIPE FURNITURE WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 2-6 WEEKS....today is 6 weeks and we still don't have a delivery date. I will never use Ashley again.

We went into Ashley Furniture to just browse for a bed set. Our Sales Person, Cameron, was absolutely amazing. He didn't hover over us but when we needed help he was right there. He was all over it with his book and numbers. The level of professional that he showed to me and my family was incredible. He was so pleasant and polite. So much that we went back three days later and purchased more furniture. Its hard to find indiviuals with excellent work ethic anymore but he demonstrated that it still exists. Thank you Cameron for making our experience a phenominal one.
