DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD 

I purchased a bedroom set (King Bed, Dresser, 2 nightstands and Armoire) we spend a pretty penny so we thought it smart to get the insurance. This was our mistake. DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE. 

Our furniture arrived the day after Christmas, did an A+ job installing. Not even 2 weeks later as I'm crawling into bed I feel something snap under me. One of the side railings just gave out. We thought okay, this sucks but that's why we bought insurance. Took 4 weeks to get a repairman out (which we were reasonable about because it was the holidays) the guy walks in and says "Yup that's a broken siderail alright, it'll take about 5 weeks for me to order that part. And another 4-5 for me to get back out here and install" 

Are you kidding me 😡?!?! Now my husband and I sleep in a mostly broken bed because they have a TERRIBLE customer service department. 

Also we can't fix it ourselves because of course that would void out our entire warranty. Their furniture may be decent quality for the price point, but we will never be dealing with their customer service again.

I was very impressed with the service and information, as well as the selection of lift reclining chairs for my dad.  The pricing was also excellent compared with other stores.  Sales and delivery were courteous and seamless and my dad and I are satisfied customers.

Amazing furniture and excellent service. The only pitfall of this place is they are always running a promotion that makes the process impossible to decipher. Can't we just get straightforward pricing and then this place would be amazing

I had an electric lift chair delivered today. The two delivery men, Patrick & Antonio (truck C-12) were terrific. They were professional & an asset to Wolfe Furniture, Frederick, MD. This delivery was a very positive experience..Thank you Wolfe Furniture.

They display furniture in their showroom but don't actually have it in stock. Then, they want to charge you a "transfer fee" to bring the piece in from their warehouse. Essentially, they charge you to be able to buy from them. What kind of business model is that? Additionally, the furniture came unassembled like crap from Ikea, but at twice the price. We weren't told that up front by the salesperson. We were lead to believe we were buying a solid, built piece of furniture. I would not recommend.
