This store is very large, comprising several buildings. I've visited 3 or 4 times in search of a new sofa. However, they have everything you might need to furnish a home, from mattresses to lamps to dining sets and more. 

They always have a full Bargain Warehouse. On the flip side, their custom, high-end sofas are drool-worthy. 

I would have given them 5 stars, but their service is spotty. It all depends on who serves you and their level of knowledge -- both about furniture itself and their inventory in particular. I've had a couple of terrific sales agents, and a couple of total duds. 

Overall, would I recommend visiting Belfort Furniture? Yes, because of their large and varied inventory. If you get a poor salesperson, look around and find someone else.

The sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. I told them upfront that I was just looking and I most probably wasn't purchasing from them, and they treated me so well.. like I  had been shopping there for years. 
They were so helpful.. professional.. and great! The customer is their first priority!

I needed furniture for a Great Room, Guest House and Basement.  Feeling overwhelmed by the options, I decided to work with Toni Salazar in Design Services.  She designed floor plan options by illustrating how the furniture would fit within the spacial dimensions of the rooms.  She selected outstanding options, based upon my preferred style, that were appropriately sized to the rooms, at an affordable price and under budget.  The furniture she selected looks amazing in my home, and I could not have accomplished this without Toni!   Many visitors comment that my home resembles a model home, which I credit to Toni. Design Services are free if you spend over a certain dollar amount so I strongly encourage anyone in need of furniture to contact her.  She is a great designer who is easy to work with, has special skill for interior design, outstanding attention to detail, and can keep the design of any room affordable.

This is a great furniture store. They have a massive collection of furniture across a wide price range. Their furniture is well organized and the staff is friendly. They have multiple warehouses located in the vicinity of each other making it very easy to shop for what you're looking for and walking over to other showrooms. They also have a clearance location which offers some decent discounts on clearance items.

We've just moved to the area and in need of new living room furniture.  So happy we discovered Belfort Furniture which offers many great options. We love our living couch and chairs and Maria was just awesome in helping us coordinate the pieces.  From purchase to delivery, Maria made sure the process was prompt and smooth.  I'd definitely shop here again!
