My Living Room furniture was delivered the end of December 2016. After 2 months, the loveseat and chair and a half both have gaping padding and fabric. ???????????????? seriously??????????????? Who sells this kind of cheap junk and charges $2000.00????? Stay away from this store like the plague!!!! In response to the "owner", I had a technician come out today and he said, they could "fix" my furniture. Huh????????? And come "fix" it every 2 months???? The quality is PATHETIC!!!

Today, after looking around for a bedroom set at several stores with my very picky 15 year-old daughter, we stopped into Gardiner's and she found the perfect set within 15 minutes. The salesperson (Elaine in the Pasadena store) was very helpful. They have great stuff in the store --- very classy and good quality. It will take about 12 weeks to get the furniture, but that's fine and what I expected to begin with. Will update my review after I receive everything, but so far, would definitely recommend.....And I plan to go back for my living room furniture...can't wait. :)

Huge selection, but wear your walking shoes! This place is expansive, and not organized by room type.

Horrible. Salesman was a nice guy but incredibly uninformed about product. My wife and I spent over $6,000 on a living room set and dining room set. We were told that the arm chair and ottoman would be delivered in 6 weeks because they were on back order. No biggie. Six weeks later I get a phone call stating that they no longer carry the ottoman and it would take another 8 weeks to arrive. As of this writing they are supposed to give me a refund and pick up the furniture. We'll see what happens.... STAY AWAY! Edit- So, after waiting a week for the refund it never came. They also didn't show up when they said they would to pick up the furniture. Disappointing to say the least. The girl who took my credit card info over the phone said she wrote it down and handed it off to another employee which I though was nuts. I ended up having to call a regional manager. After speaking with him (super nice guy and I'm convinced the only person at this company that has any sense at all) my furniture was picked up the next day and my refund processed within about 2 business days. All in all my original review of 1 star is staying put. We ended up going to The Sofa Store / The Big Screen Store. A little bit more money but the quality of furniture is much better and the sales associates are a ton better.
