My husband and I spent $4500 in furniture from this store, but I wish we hadn’t spent a penny. We had set a delivery date, but didn’t receive our furniture for over a month later because of damage and them not having hardware to set up everything. We had expected our new bed, so we sold our old furniture. Since it took a month later, we were sleeping on the floor for 1 month. When I asked about refunds for the 3 delivery attempts, I was told to call after everything was delivered. I called back, and I was offered $50 IN STORE gift card. This was 1% of our total amount spent. The ONLY reason we didn’t cancel our purchase and get elsewhere is because I was told we would receive REFUNDS. We waited over 1 month because of their mistakes, and received no money back. The lady, Megan, was also rude by not listening and constantly cutting me off in conversation. Our inconvenience was worth more than 1% of the total amount we spent, but no one really listened to us. Highly unsatisfied with the overall experience with Ashley Furniture. I don’t even care to get their $50 gift card because I never want to shop there again unless they rectify the situation.

My husband and I were ready to purchase a TV stand and thought we'd go to this location because we saw some online models that we liked. When we got there, we spent several minutes browsing the entire store trying to find the TV stands that we hoped were available. We were not greeted nor did anyone offer to help. I felt really unwelcome. A saleswoman walked by and we asked her where the TV stands were and she told us they were just around another nearby display. No help was offered and we walked by several salespersons, some busy, some not. The only greeting we got was from a nice gentleman that told us to have a nice day when we were leaving. There are other places with TV stands and I will never shop at this location ever again and I highly recommend against it.

I was quoted a price for a love seat and a couch. I went back the next day to buy it and the manager stated that the price I was quoted for could not be honored anymore. I was looking forward to that couch but ohh well :(

I went here purchased furniture and realize its not Ashley's it's Morris or whoever!!! I tell you go to America Freight cause Morris is the same quality just more expensive! It's been only 6 months barely used and I'm ready to return for a refund...I hate when you can tell where someone sat at a weeks after they sat there smh...don't be deceived by those pictures online

We bought a dual love seat recliner to replace a couch we had for thirty years. We expect to have this a long time, too! Salespersons were very nice. Delivery men were great, personal, professional, knowledgeable. All around positive experience!
