My boyfriend and I went in to buy a new mattress tonight. Travis greeted us at the door and asked if we needed help. We told him we were just looking so he left us alone to browse. A little while later, he found us in the mattresses and assisted us without us feeling like he was hovering or pushing us, which we’ve felt before while furniture shopping. He was very knowledgeable and helped us compare multiple mattresses. He also got us bottles of water while we shopped. Once we picked out a mattress, he helped us find a new headboard, dresser, and nightstands. We were pretty indecisive and it took us awhile, but he never made us feel rushed. He was extremely patient with us and gave us time alone to talk and think multiple times. Once we decided, we found out we could have it delivered for free this Friday. However, when he clicked to finalize it, it updated and said it wouldn’t be able to be delivered for about two more weeks. He voluntarily got his manager who called and was able to get the free delivery changed back to this Friday. We were very pleased with both Travis and the manager and can’t wait to get our new stuff!

I just had a bed delivered and assembled by Nicholas Mooney and Timmy Webb from Value City store # 28. They were super friendly, polite, and efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly and unobtrusively they were able to complete the task. Thank you so much for a positive experience!

I love shopping at Value City Furniture for a couple reasons.  They aren’t pushy at all...introduced themselves, pointed me in direction of what I was looking for and said if I had questions to let them know. We wandered and looked for about 45 minutes and they only checked on us once!!  Perfect. When we decided, they discusssed options and then suggested viewing a similar item in the clearance section which would have saved more money.   When it was all said it done it was another great experience at the store, an affordable and quality purchase.

My experience with purchasing a new bed couldn't have been more perfect!   I was assisted without waiting and is was easy and smooth.  The salesman was very helpful and very kind.  Thank you for helping me get exactly what I wanted!

Big kuddos to Tim Carter and Susan at the Centerville,OH store. They were great help today. Very friendly staff who made my purchase experience painless. I am a return customer and appreciate how easy the process always is.
