My husband and I were greeted at the entrance and then we were able to look around without being hounded by a salesperson. When we found what we were looking for, Jane arrived and was so friendly and knowledgeable. By far she was the best salesperson we have ever had. Her expert knowledge about color matching really helped us with our decision. She answered all our questions. It was a great experience all around. Also it’s a beautiful store with lots of really nice options.

I special ordered a sofa that was delivered within 2 weeks. The quality of workmanship was outstanding - I am 200% pleased. The Furniture Fair Salesman (Cowboy) was courteous, knowledgeable of the brands, materials, etc and very helpful - yet giving me space to make my decision. The delivery crew were two fine young men from Cincy area - they were courteous and professional. As a senior citizen, they went above and beyond just delivering the merchandise !! They handled my furniture carefully not to damage, put slides under it so I could move easily and helped me "rearrange" pieces that I was not able to do myself. I highly recommend this store, their products, their team (sales people and delivery personnel. 5 Star !!!

Very pleasant experience shopping at Furniture Fair. Jane was extremely helpful and very professional. She was very patient with me and went out of her way to make my experience very special. I would recommend requesting her to assist you with your purchase. The other staff were also very professional and pleasant.

I bought three Cross Island tables from Furniture Fair. They are very good quality for the price, although I was surprised they had to be assembled. My handyman had them put together quickly and I love them. The manager "Nick" was a big help making sure I got the lowest prices compared to on-line and local stores.

The gentleman that helped us, Dale the furniture cowboy, was very friendly and spent a lot of time showing us around and helping us find what we're looking for. The furniture is extremely good quality and the selection is incredible! So much to choose from and so many options. We're definitely getting all of our furniture there when we move into our new home!
