Whatever you do, do not purchase the warranty for any of their products. It sounds great and but whenever you try to use it, they dodge and deny that the warranty covers it. We have issues covered in our warranty but they refuse to do anything about it. Our couch is less than 3 years old and not a cheap one either (~$1800) and is splitting at the seams and fraying all over. Definitely feel like they pulled one over on us. They don’t stand behind their products. Will not be purchasing any more furniture from this store.

The salesman tried to take advantage of my parents. Just purchased furniture for my parents the salesman added 2 dressers after asking multiple times if they wanted 2 dressers and my mother gave the same answer every time “NO” David felt inclined to add 2 dressers and then lied and told my parents for one dresser with the mirror it was $70 less if you didn’t get the mirror. They looked at their receipt and of course they were charged the full amount for the dresser including the mirror. He also completely did whatever he wanted for the delivery dates to try to get more money on delivery from them. Terrible customer service...

Chuck and Brynnan delivered my recliner today and did a wonderful job their service was quick and easy.  They even arrived early and was kind enough to move my old love seat to the curb. I am very appreciative of the high quality of service i received today.  Thanks a lot guys!

Greeted within 10 seconds of entering store. Jeremy was kind, helpful and NOT pushy. So very much to see there but, we were on a "mission". Will definitely shop there again.
