I’m new to Humble Texas and stopped by Ashley Furniture to just look around. I was greeted by Presidential associate Camilla Jones. Ms. Jones took the time to really get a great understanding of my style and what I was looking to purchase. She was able to explain the different designs to me. I made my purchase and I’m so pleased. Ashley Furniture has a wide selection at reasonable prices and great discounts for people recovering from Harvey. We got a 25% discount today on their Memorial day sale. We had gone to the store months ago, just curious mostly after Harvey left four and a half feet of water in our house. We weren't ready to buy at the time but Miguel López was a big help and impressed us with his no pressure, friendly attitude. So today we went back and bought a bunch of stuff to refurnish our house. Check it out. Great selection, great prices, great staff!

The store manager Lucio Vasquez was great with helping me with my selection. He was very helpful with everyone and acknowledged the other customers upon arrival and still helping me. Great customer service.

Miguel started off by greeting me with a smile! I truly appreciate that. He gave me excellent customer service as well as gave me options to choose from because the dresser I wanted was too large for my area. I will definitely use his service again as I prepare to buy other furniture.
