This location is decently sized. It has a good assortment of items and is usually clean and well stocked. The employees are helpful and keep the register lines moving. Their seasonal section in the front is big and convenient if you are just the for holiday items. A dollar is a great deal for most of the items they carry.

Nicole, the manager is amazing! We order 30 balloons every week and she is always helpful, always on time and with a great attitude. I tried other stores and nothing came even close to the service.

I called the store just now to ask if they had had a particular balloon that I was looking for. I gave the actual balloon number and was told by ANDREA that I needed to come to the store to see if they had it. WOW!!!  I was at another store 30 minutes away that didn't have it but was willing to make the drive if this store did. ...well thanks to ANDREA I will not be patroning the WILSON RD store again. I've been there many times but this was absolutely poor and unacceptable customer service.  Simply rude and unwilling to help. Even if it was to say try back later. :(

Nicole that works day shift has the worst customer service.  She asks Customers rudely to remove items from the hand held baskets and if u don't,  she will tip over the basket and bang your items around while rolling her eyes.  I understand people have bad days, but this is every time I go in .

Went in to get just a few things and ended up having a nice conversation with the cashier. Easy to find what I needed and of the course the "price was right."
