Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. The installation crew was professional, quick, and very good. I somehow got a scratch on my laminate floor and Marshburn's sent the crew out the next day to replace the floor. It was included in their lifetime warranty so I did not pay anything. These are good, honest, hardworking people. Also, I was able to get better pricing once I showed them a competitors pricing. Highly recommend!

We LOVE Marshburns flooring! We have been loyal customers since 2010. They did commercial grade carpet at our office and added a 2 inch padding. It's great! We just bought laminate for our new home from them. It is water resistant, not cold, and is very durable. They are a family business and have great customer service with speedy delivery of products! I would highly recommend them for your home or business! Love you Marshburn's!

We just had tile installed in 80% of our house. Marshburn's was wonderful to work with. Very helpful, amazing prices and the outcome is better than we could have hoped for. We will be using them again in the future.

Marshburn's was a pleasure to work with for the installation of new laminate floors in our house. I worked directly with Pat Marshburn. She came out to my house, personally, for measurements on the same day I visited the store and had an estimate over to me early the next day. Upon agreeing to the estimate, the work was scheduled and carried out 2 days later...very quick turnaround for this type of work. The floors were installed in 3 rooms of our house so it was a medium-sized job. The contractors they used were very professional in terms of quality work. I'll be going back to Marshburn's when it's time to replace my upstairs flooring later this year.
